You'll provide advice on compensation and benefits related topics to the broader HR team, as well as contribute to regional and global projects by collaborating effectively with stakeholders, providing analysis, and making recommendations aligned to local market practices, legislation and global rewards philosophies.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on and provide guidance on rewards related queries that are escalated by broader HR teamsWork with external vendors on the management of medical and health insurance programs, including reviews and implementation of annual renewals; coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner to provide the best employee experienceExecute key activities to administer benefits programs including costing, employee benefits communications, enrolment windows, define eligibility, manage vendor onboarding tasks with procurement & legal etc.Support regional implementation of core global reward processes such as the annual pay and performance review cycle; Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades, job levels, and pay ranges in order to ensure competitive compensation to attract and retain talentStay abreast of legislation and C&B trends in the market, updating relevant stakeholders as appropriateCollaborate with HRBPs/HRBAs, Talent Acquisition, line managers, on compensation-related decisions (compensation-related business problems, job offers to external candidates, internal transfers, promotions, etc.) to ensure fair and consistent application of compensation policies and guidelinesAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data, understand trends, and distill information into actionable insights from a variety of sources on compensation and benefits With broad guidance from the APAC Total Rewards Leader, represent the Rewards function in HR projects (M&A, integration and expansion efforts, technology platform implementations etc.)Work closely with the global compensation and benefits teamQualifications3+ years of progressive relevant experience Bachelor's degree preferredFluent in English (written and spoken), demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be working with global teamBroad knowledge and experience in relevant market practices and legislation in compensation and benefits across multiple locations in APACProficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency with PowerPointDemonstrates meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large volumes of data and present findings in a clear and concise mannerAble to build strong working relationships with teams and key stakeholders (eg, peers, teammates, broader HR team); Collaborative and participates in a supportive team environmentStrong organizational and time management skills and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
