Significantly contributes to creating and maintaining best in class policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains supply chain relationships.ResponsibilitiesManagementLeads, manages, recruits, and develops cross-regional teamsProject ManagementLeads and manages large, cross-regional or global construction programsProvides guidance and project leadership including ground up construction, remodels, renovations, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations Vendor RelationsDirects as many as 25+ external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etcLeads in establishing and maintaining high value relationshipsTraining ProgramsLeads in identifying and developing training programsForecasts training needs and establishes plans and secures resources for deploying training to address those needsContract AdministrationLeads in developing and executing effective contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentationLeadershipLeads in mentoring all team membersLeads in directing all internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teamsPolicy & Procedure DevelopmentEncompasses support for team's strategic direction within policies and proceduresQualificationsProven years experience in project and construction management preferredBachelor's degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
