In this highly collaborative and forward-focused role, you will partner with Operations, HR, legal and IT to define and improve Workforce management systems and processes. Working with regional timekeeping leads the candidate will develop and execute overall timekeeping technology strategy and long-term roadmap in support of business needs. Responsible for all functions necessary to support E-time time tracking system, including identifying, evaluating, analyzing and recommending changes to support the application creating transformation roadmaps with long and short-term plans for new and improved processes and policies. Provide direction on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems.Responsibilities Help define global timekeeping and Workforce Management strategyExcellent project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate, influence, and organize projects globallyExplore areas to improve workflow among different functions; streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivityWork with legal teams to ensure compliance with local legislationStandardization of processes across countriesConsistently looks for automation opportunities to improve operational efficiencyCreate strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure timekeeping processes and/or systems are working efficientlyActs as escalation point for support to employees as it relates to discrepancy with timekeeping and systems issuesDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with other departmentsActively participate in, and as needed, lead testing and quality assurance activities for the projectsCreate training materials and provide training, coaching, and assistance on timekeeping processesDemonstrated ability to apply creative, innovative, analytical and critical thinking to strategies, practices and problem-resolution; ability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues; strong attention to detailExemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationshipsServe as a technical resource for others on the implementation teamQualificationsMinimum 7 years of global timekeeping experiencePrior mid to large sized company experience (min 500 employees), multinational payroll & timekeepingExperience with ADP Enterprise E-Time, Workforce Manager or UKG Kronos time & labor applications is a plusProject management experience leading global projectsStrong attention to detail and thriving while multi-tasking, while working with tight deadlines is a mustStrong functional Human Resources knowledgeProven ability to influence and engage business partners to gain agreement on solutions and prioritization of work requestsDedication to continuous improvementGood communications, customer service, and interpersonal skillsExcellent Excel and presentation skillsEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
