This role is to provide 24*7 global support for the Digital Integration Platform that drives $6B+ revenue and comprises of 800+ services connecting all the business systems.ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for ensuring that integration services are highly available, reliable, and performant through special monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities by applying software engineering practicesParticipate actively in detecting, remediating, and reporting on Production incidents, ensuring the SLAs are met and driving Problem Management for permanent remediationAble to solve issues, problems and connect with multi-functional teams efficiently and resolveParticipate in on-call rotation to ensure coverage for planned/unplanned eventsLead root cause analysis of critical business and production issuesOrchestrate end-to-end monitoring and alertingServe as the primary domain guide for Equinix software integrations preventing (pro-active) as well as fixing and mitigating (re-active) service availability/performance issuesBeing able to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technology landscape and participate in an on-call issue for incident resolutionsQualificationsA high sense of ownership, passion towards Operations & SupportBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technology or other equivalent field experience5+ years of hands-on experience in providing global support across various software technologies and systemsConsistent track record in API Development Platform like TIBCO and API Management platforms like Apigee, and MuleSoft is preferable2+ years of operational hands-on experience in virtualization, containerization ecosystem including Docker & Kubernetes2+ years of support experience in NoSQL databases and SQL DatabasesProficiency with programming languages like Python, Golang, and shell scripting to automate tasksFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab and GitHub preferredExperience in technologies like Cassandra, Kafka, Oracle database & JMS is a plusExperience in providing global support coverage is a plusExperience with AWS Cloud & Networking Concepts is a plusWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
