Works proactively with appropriate teams to mitigate risks and or eliminate / reduce underlying issues and causesProcess, Risk and Control ReviewDefines the risk review framework; agrees appropriate controls to validate and assure billing and collections processes and leads the periodic review of adherance to controls and standardsProject and Program SupportWorks with GBCC teams undertaking process and system improvements to agree relevant controls and provide assurance to adoption of relevant controls and standardsStakeholder FeedbackCreates a feedback loop with GBCC and Cross functional stakeholders. Agrees corrective actions in response to Process, Risk and Control Reviews.
