We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success. Job SummaryThe Managed Services team are recruiting a Systems Engineer, with a knowledge of Core Networking, Virtualisation Technologies, Storage and Server Management.This key responsibilities of this role are providing customer support, delivering technical solutions as well as implementing continual improvements. Due to the critical nature of the infrastructure and network the team operate an on-call rotation to provide 24/7/365 support. ResponsibilitiesProviding support on customer concerns including complex technical issuesPerforming analysis on critical situations and providing root causes reportsLeading capacity, monitoring, and defining key indicators of shared infrastructuresParticipating in design activitiesResearches and embraces new tools and systems, seeking to optimize environment management, adding new features, and improving integrationsEnsuring configurations are understood, documented, standard, easy to maintain, and forward-lookingVendor management and budget assistanceCreating automation scripts and frameworks to improve environment efficiency.
