What you will be doingAnalyze and perform billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts, making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in placeProcess manual invoices/credit memos and order quotes as requestedReview Invoices and conducts variance analysis, with sign-off requiredCoordinate monthly invoice run to ensure accurate and timely customer billingsManage the Customers’ Cases in SFDC (ECM) timely and accurate to meet all internal SLAsAssist in month-end close-related tasksAssist in Audits & SOX controlsWorks closely with cross-functional organizations (VP’s, Account Executives, CSM, C&C, and Legal) to respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer billing issuesResolve and track billing issues as they arise, working with the upstream teams to fix root cause problems (e.g. SLA credits, install date discrepancies)Acts as First Line Support for approval requests and deal inquiriesParticipate in UATs, projects, and ad hoc assignments as neededImplement and document processes and procedures required by SOXProvide input into the on-going development and support of billing systems, processes, and policiesDrives delivery of continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve operational efficienciesLeads small projects on systems and process efficienciesAssist by providing analytical thoughts as guidance to peers on complex problems.Monitor and ensure that the customer’s monthly billing is complete and accurateWhat you should have Bachelor’s or equivalent professional qualification5+ years’ experience preferred in a customer-facing environmentAble to operate in detail and contribute to process enhancementsExcellent collaboration skills with internal teams/external customersExperience in identifying and delivering process efficiencies Fully Bilingual in English and SpanishKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCollaborative personality and ability to build strong personal relationshipsRequires a high level of analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsWell organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issuesCalm and effective under pressure.
