As Regulatory & Privacy Analyst, you will be supporting the business on these matters in alignment with corporate and strategic objectives, in a manner that supports the business objectives.Responsibilities Analyse and assess current legal processes, systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement new tools and processes that enhance legal operations, such as OneTrust for PrivacyWork with GRPC team members to roll out compliance requirements, including data protection and privacy issuesInvestigating, managing and reporting in relation to any routine data privacy and related issues/queries notified to the Privacy Office, acting as the first line of support to triage privacy related issuesAssisting with the management and allocation of legal requests received by the Privacy OfficeIdentifying areas of risk within Equinix that do not align with current data privacy policies, processes and developing appropriate solutions to deliver ‘privacy by default and design’ to address non-complianceOperating privacy technology and being a master administrator to the privacy platformHandling lifecycle of privacy assessment forms and driving completion by working closely with stakeholdersPerforming confidential operational duties, including processing of Data Subject Access Requests, while adhering to Equinix's policies and practices and applicable laws and regulationsCollecting and analyzing relevant data from department tools and industry sources to help provide metrics and dashboards to enable the Privacy Office to deliver its objectivesCreate reports and dashboards that provide insights into the GRPC teamDevelop and deliver training materials on behalf of the GRPC teamParticipate in cross-functional initiatives to ensure that the GRPC legal operations team is integrated with other business functionsQualificationsProven experience in legal operations, legal project management, or working in a privacy teamExperience of managing and owning the operation of privacy-related platforms and applicationsExperience with working in a global company is desirableStrong interpersonal skills with an open and trusting personalityStrong English language skills, both verbal and writtenDeveloped decision making skillsCommitment to high standards for work product and deliverablesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and multi-task effectively to manage competing prioritiesCertifications: Willing to certify for the following: Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPP/C or CIPP/A).
