Change Management Senior ManagerChange Management Senior Manager The role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end change management for highly complex global projects. The successful candidate will have the ability to think systemically to diagnose business problems and propose solutions that impact people, processes, systems, and organizational structures. Our global platform allows customers to place infrastructure wherever they need it and connect it to everything they need to succeed.Responsibilities may include:Design, deliver, and support cross-functional transformation change managementDevelop change, communications, and learning collateral (stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training materials, etc.) as neededDevelop and execute change management efforts, in partnership with the program team and business leaders as neededFacilitate change management strategy / planning and team effectiveness sessionsUse expertise in change management to support a culture that optimizes the passion and potential of Equinix’s employeesSupport global function business leaders to diagnose issues and develop solutions to improve effectivenessProvide change management consultation and support for large scale, cross-functional, and global initiativesDefine and monitor change management success measuresDefine and manage change teams made up of business resources impacted by project scopePull together focus groups and/or surveys to gather input on behalf of a project team and develop strategic and tactical response plansCandidate ProfileThe candidate will have experience leading change management efforts for transformation, globally. They will bring knowledge and credibility based on academic background and track record of successful change management delivery. A successful candidate will be a collaborative partner, experienced facilitator, and a clear and effective communicator. They will have business acumen and global experience. They will have consulting skills and data analysis capabilities.Skills:Transformation, change management, process & organizational design approachesAbility to analyze Change Management related data to deliver insightsFacilitation up to C-levelExcellent written communicationStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelActive listening skills, positivity and empathy Knowledge, experience / technical expertise:7+ years of experience designing and delivering change management solutions. 2+ years of experience in digital / software services preferred.Global collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organizationExperience working in fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to execute on changing prioritiesChange Management certification preferredExperience at a professional services consulting firm preferredEducation:MBA preferred
