ResponsibilitiesYou will collect complete, correct, and validate data Keeps systems up-to-date with customer information and legal documentsHandles cases according to regional case management guidelinesHandles quote approval processAssists with new customer set upHandles customer concerns between Sales Support and other internal groupsWorks on small projects in addition to everyday roleFollows up with customer on required documents and missing informationEnsures customer PO complianceFollows up on ordersAssists with customer questions via email or phoneAssists with gathering preliminary QBR infoProvides project management for single country, large, complex dealsHandles all changes and keeps the quote and documents up to dateEngages cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements against deadlinesHandles Internal Service Tickets to resolve Credit and Billing issuesExecutes Data corrections in Siebel based on fall out reportFacilitates SFDC opportunity management by cleaning up opportunities based on guidelinesTrains Sales reps on new tools, processes, and policiesDelivers refresher trainings to address knowledge gapsCommunicates process improvements and enhancements to Sales TeamQualifications1+ years customer/sales support experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
