We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.ResponsibilitiesCustomer SupportHandle all customer support requests transmitted by the Service Desk, whether it be interventions on customers' IT and telecom platforms hosted in the Datacenter (IBX - 'Smart Hands'), management of equipment deliveries/pick-ups, support, incident resolution, etcKeeping customers and the Service Desk informed until the ticket associated with the initial customer request is closed, as well as verifying the proper execution of service level agreements ('SLA')Independently manage activity queues and their priorities via the request system including time spent and billing dataCarry out troubleshooting activities on customers' copper and fiber links as well as on our own platformsInstallationsContribute to installation work (racks, connectivity, power) related to contracts signed between customers and Equinix, both on a customer's initial installations and on extension and addition requests during the term of the main contractCarry out end-to-end cross-connect services, including testing, labeling, and updating of information systems, and provide all information required for database updates and billing within the timeframe of these servicesContribute to the maintenance of optimal air circular in the customer rooms through the installation of blanking panels in the customer bays, as well as perforated tiles in the cold aisles on the instructions of the hierarchyWho are we looking for?Preferably Telecommunication/IT/Electrical/electronics graduate or last year studentCommunicative knowledge of Polish and EnglishAvailibility of 35-40 h per weekWhat we offer?The opportunity to leave your mark in a company that is growing quickly and still runs its operations keeping a pioneer spiritInternational career perspectivesOf course a competitive salary and great secondary benefits like complimentary drinks, snacks; and a true company culture that values commitment, respect and pleasure at work
