You will partner with a content developer to assess, design and developing parts of enablement projects and/or components of larger enablement programs that provide knowledge, industry expertise and sales skills for direct sales, channel sales, sales supporting functions and partner readiness.This intern must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively within the organization. This is someone who is passionate about working with the field, wants to learn what sales and sales support teams need in order to be successful in their roles.Assignments and Responsibilities:Determining the outcomes of project kickoffs and stakeholderIdentifying and prioritizing enablement requirements from meetingsProject manage the content enablement efforts using SmartSheets project plan including project scope and timeline, meeting all deadlines within quality expectationsProduce online courses using Articulate 360, primarily RISE leveraging pre-developed templatesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans for each deliverable, to ensure smooth and on-time executionUpdate content in job aids or RISE coursesReview current catalog of courses and work with GTM Readiness leads to identify if content needs updating; produce list of prioritized updates for team Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):  Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2023-September 2024)  Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between May to September, depending on your school system)   Creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work well within a team environment, both virtually and in personFast learner that can navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPassion for excellence in execution, with an eye for quality and detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProactive, self- directed and results-orientedAbility to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others  Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software   How to Apply Please submit your application by providing the following. Up to date resume that includes your availability (start and end date) and expected graduation  Please apply to this job posting only if you are available full time for an internship during the stated period.  What’s next The Equinix New to Career team will be reviewing applicants on a rolling basis throughout October and November and will reach out to applicants accordingly. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
