You will be part of a team that assists in making key decisions using both financial and non-financial KPIs, responsible for cash flow forecasting by leveraging existing and new processes, systems and software, as well as supporting project managers and the commercial management team with day-to-day queries. You will also support a regular cadence of reporting, including timely delivery of budgets and forecasts.ResponsibilitiesForm a strong business partnering relationship with key stakeholders including construction project managers, commercial managers, AP and other finance teams.Prepare templates & project cost reports, provide analysis and presentations to enable the reporting, budget and forecast processAssist in monthly variance commentary providing tangible insightsHelp built effective planning and reporting processesSolve complex problems and provides solutions for reporting and task efficiencyExercise judgment based on the financial analysis using multiple sources of informationOther ad hoc duties and analysis as requiredQualificationsProven years of experience in financeBachelor’s degree in finance or accountingStrong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior business leadersExperience with Hyperion (PBCS)Advanced Excel skillsBusiness partnering experience preferredEnthusiastic with passion to learnEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
