Most of the meetings are conducted in EnglishCoordinate with Internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Engineering team and Design & Construction team) as needed in the execution of Fitout constructionConduct site inspections, meet with contractors, and provide construction instructions as neededReport regularly to the site Facility Manager and Fitout Manager on any outstanding issues or improvements within the assigned siteWork with 24x7 Ops Engineering team to explain details of Fitout construction in terms of impact to daily operation such as power shutdownWork with TY12x and manage and execute minor projects as directed by the respective ManagersManage and organize CAD drawings related to Fitout construction in accordance with instruction from ManagerParticipate in various facility maintenance work witness support, CUFT and commissioning tests such as CUFT as part of partnership with the Facility engineer team as one teamQualificationsFive years experience in planning, design and construction management of electrical installation work at Japan local construction siteExperience in planning of electrical power cabling and related equipment installation in buildings is very welcomeBasic knowledge of general fire protection equipment and general building equipmentFluent Japanese and at least reading and writing in English.
