This is a key role in bringing cross functional teams together and new digital infrastructure solutions to market – requiring a broad range of marketing skills and project management expertise. The right person for this role is a creative problem-solver, a natural collaborator, strong communicator, and one that excels in converting ambiguity into a pragmatic plan of attack to achieve key business objectives. We’re working through complex challenges as we redesign the next generation of digital infrastructure with our customers. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in defining the next phase of Equinix.ResponsibilitiesDevelop operating models for solution GTM creation and activation to optimize cross functional team efficiency, reduce operating costs and improve solution time to marketProvide day-to-day management of solution GTM portfolio initiatives and ensure alignment to key company and team objectivesLead cross functional teams through all phases of solution GTM development and activation, including analysis, solution marketing and sales package design, activation, testing and performance in the wildDelegate work to team members based on skills and expertise while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetLead cross functional teams through workflow challenges and project obstaclesExecute communication of project status to executives, key stakeholders, and project participantsMonitor, evaluate and track solution GTM outcomes to ensure desired performance and strategic alignment to company initiativesQualificationsBS degree in business management, project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields10+ years of demonstrable experience orchestrating the development and delivery of solutions, and/or products to market.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a complex cross-functional environmentKnowledge of project management methodologies such as DACI and best practices. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredStrong interpersonal and team leadership skillsExceptional organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in project management tools and software; SmartSheet, Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or BasecampProven ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and prioritiesSoft SkillsA team player with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships. You're able to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and other departmentsConnector and collaborator.
