ResponsibilitiesMeet and greet both customers and business executivesEnsure that office health and safety standards are metAssist with sustainability initiativesResponsible for office movesProvide administrative support and coordination to larger department/business unit eventsMonthly event planning and coordinationDeveloping a relationship with vendors and local teams, in addition to contributing to the development and success of CRE by supporting the management team through business development and operational activitiesCarry out monthly GRA (General Risks assessments), documenting and resolving all issues raisedRaising purchase orders and receipt invoices on Equinix financial systems COUPACollaborating closely with the facilities service providers, including hospitality, maintenance, cleaning and vending to ensure the overall service is of the highest standardAssist in ensuring that the PPM program and reactive maintenance schedule at metEnsuring customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest level by providing a high-quality and proactiveAssists with ergonomic assessments and desk setupsProvide effective and accurate verbal and written communication to the businessEnsuring that complaints are dealt with efficiently and communicated accordinglyPerforming other reasonable tasks and duties requested by line managementMeeting room set up and mailroom dutiesQualificationsSimilar experience gained within a corporate office environmentExcellent customer service skills, well organised and the ability to work well as part of a teamUnderstanding of safety regulations in an office environmentYou will have a keen interest and understanding of sustainability in the workplaceYou are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office software and have knowledge of building management systemsYou have experience in facilities management and hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Equinix has to offerEquinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
