You will be part of a team that assists in making key decisions using both financial and non-financial reporting.You will be responsible for reporting and forecasting by leveraging existing and new processes, systems and software. You will also support a regular cadence of reporting, including timely delivery of budgets and forecasts.Responsibilities:Supporting the Xscale Finance manager to ensure monthly reporting, budgets and forecasts are delivered in a timely mannerTake full ownership of the Xscale monthly headcount reconciliations and prepare headcount plans and forecastForming a strong business partnering relationship with key stakeholders including Finance and Operations team members to create efficiencies and improve operational performancePrepare templates, analysis and presentations to enable the reporting, budget and forecasting processPrepare monthly flux and reporting pack, including financial and non-financial critical metrics while explaining key variance drivers with insightful commentaryHelp build effective planning and reporting processesSolve complex problems and provides solutions for reporting and task efficiencyExercise judgment based on the financial analysis using multiple sources of informationOther ad hoc duties and analysis as assignedCompetencies:Proven experience in finance or related fieldBachelor's degree (finance or accounting)At least part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior business leadersAbility to run tasks in parallel in order to meet tight timeliness with a strong emphasis on quality of outputProblem solving mindsetAdvanced Excel & PowerPoint skillsBusiness partnering experience preferredExperience with Hyperion preferredEnthusiastic with a passion to learnWhat we offer:Next to a competitive salary, sales incentive plan and attractive benefits we offer you the opportunity to leave your mark in a company that is growing quickly and still manages to keep a pioneering spirit.
