Job SummaryOrder Management Administrator for APAC Order Management Team.The purpose of Order Management is threefold: To maintain visibility of pinch-points where quotes and orders become “stalled” or delayed from progression through the process towards billing To perform the key functions of account number generation and configuration of orders To provide support to the local teams for all aspects of the process from Quote to Book (e.g. Special investigations).ResponsibilitiesEntry and validation of product configuration detailsConfiguration change requests (pre and post order submission)Initiation of order and order line cancellationsCustomer PO validation when supplied or required for order submissionFacilitation and submission of new account billing details to the Finance team.Ensures process compliance is maintainedCollaboration with cross functional stakeholders when questions or issues arise in the execution of transactional tasksPrioritizes own workload in order to complete transactional tasks within established SLOsRevenue operations coordinators are expected to demonstrate high energy, are dynamic and flexible as well as highly autonomous whilst being able to work excellently in and with a team.
