Leads team to meet project schedules and goals while working in a multi-faceted environment.ResponsibilitiesManagementProvides mentorship to Construction/Operations Project Managers who are driving the delivery to day-to-day Construction/Operations projects       Project ManagementLeads and manages small construction programsEnsures projects are delivered on time, within budget, quality, and scopeVendor RelationsDirects up to 10 external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etcTraining ProgramsSupports in identifying and developing training programsSupports cross-functional trainingContract AdministrationSupports contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentationLeadershipDirects internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teams as neededPolicy & Procedure DevelopmentSupports creation and maintenance of outstanding policies and proceduresThis role is helpful for Bogota.
