We execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choiceBuild strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goalsDevelop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable and high caliber candidatesIdentify and screen top talent to recommend to hiring managersAdvocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process by establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experienceEnsure hiring manager and interview team preparedness to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionallyBe a proactive ambassador and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruiting processEnsure recruiting data integrity by utilizing our ATS (Workday)Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making with partnersAct as a consultant in the hiring process by providing guidance in areas such as leveling and compensationNegotiate offers to close candidates levering your experience with competing for top talentQualificationsAbility to work from Equinix's Frisco, TX or Toronto office twice a week10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience recruiting Human Resources, Legal, and Finance in a similar industryPassion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hiresExperience with proactive candidate sourcingAbility to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced work environment while prioritizing multiple functions and priorities.Well organized with the ability to learn and adapt quicklySelf-motivated, team playerEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
