Acts as the main analyst in the region.ResponsibilitiesSurvey Input and AnalysisPrimary analyst for a region and/or functionMarket and Internal AssessmentsIndependently conducts analysisDraws out all factors of a problem to understand the business linkageProvides models/costing and draws initial conclusions and trend analysisAnalyzes quantitative and qualitative and trend data and distills information from a variety of sourcesPresents facts and information to management/internal customersJob Leveling Assessments/Job DescriptionsParticipates in job leveling efforts and writes job descriptions independentlyProject/Program ParticipationParticipates in major projects-may own an aspect of a large project/program or an entire small project or programSME/ConsultingConsidered an expert in one or more key compensation elements of areas of expertiseMay be called upon to provide direct consultation to customersTraining/CommunicationsMay participate in the creation and delivery of manager training for all key compensation elements and events (GPS/Rewards)Program and Compliance OversightParticipates in compliance activitiesConsultant/Vendor ManagementWill own a key relationship with a vendor or vendorsQualificationsProven years of experience preferredBachelor's preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
