They create joint GTM marketing plans with these partners and navigate both internal and partner-led requests. They also provide guidance and support to sales leadership in the execution of awareness, demand generation, and enablement activities to drive strategic growth with key new customers. The role will work alongside a talented group of partner marketers who are consistently recognized for their marketing excellence and demonstration of Equinix values.    Responsibilities   Work with top partners in a joint GTM capacity, supporting the sales motions of our Equinix Digital Services Strategic growth: develop ABM plans specific to our digital services partners to drive revenue with customers and prospects of high value Marketing Strategy & Plan: In collaboration with key partners, develop a strong marketing strategy in support of country objectivesMarketing Execution: Help partners to build online, offline, and social media activities with sales programs to maximize marketing effectiveness. Optimize execution on every activity for maximum ROILiaise with Corporate Marketing teams: Work closely with the Global Partner Engagement team, PR, Social Media, Creative Services, Product Marketing teams to leverage their programs with target partnersChampion tools: Proactively promote adoption of tools such as Equinix’s Partner Central Portal, Marketing Demand Center (self-service marketing), Partner Directory and Marketplace to partnersMarketing Mix: Test and try new marketing tactics that drive preference with sellers and drive demand generation with end users including tactics such as social, digital, brand, PR, and videosContent: Assist partners with building their Joint Value Propositions, Sales Enablement & Customer contentAlign with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with local Partner Sales & Technical team members to understand their account objectives and align on marketing activitiesBudget Management: Manage marketing funds and budgetReporting: Track and report on activities on a quarterly basis including results, budget, leads and bookings Qualifications  Bachelor's Degree preferred10+ years experience preferredExperience with partners, products, or solutions is required  Values: All of Equinix’s “Magic of Equinix” values are highly desired in a candidate, especially “Be an Energy Supplier, Put We Before Me, Find a Better Way”Marketing Execution: Track history of executing mix of marketing activities with Cloud, Technology & Reseller Partners such as: Enablement and Demand Gen Webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, Content Syndication, Highly targeted customer events, Thought Leadership campaignsGreat at relationship building: With lots of cross functional stakeholders to engage with, strengths in proactively building relationships is a mustEffective Communicator and Collaborator: Comfortable working in matrix environments; quickly builds trust with remote teams and works to ensure others’ successWork Style: Self-starter, inspires others around them, can lead several initiatives at once, detail oriented, agile, brilliant communicator, strong collaboratorEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
