Our global platform allows customers to place infrastructure wherever they need it and connect it to everything they need to succeed.We are a fast-growing global company with 20 years of consecutive quarterly growth*. Through our innovative portfolio of high-performance products and services, we have created the largest, most active global ecosystem of 10,000+ companies, including 2,100 networks and 3,000+ cloud and IT service providers in 32 countries spanning six continents.  A career at Equinix means you will collaborate on work that impacts the world and be surrounded by endless opportunities to learn new skills and grow in varied directions. We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success. Job SummaryWe are seeking a bright and enthusiastic professional for the role of Executive Assistant, Finance to join our Global Finance team.  The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be proactive and resourceful, and have a customer-service mentality.  The Executive Assistant, Finance will be a strong team player who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational and communication skills, and experience managing competing priorities on a daily basis. ResponsibilitiesSupport the Assistant Corporate Controller; SVP, Global Acquisitions and Strategic Ventures; VP, Global Risk & Security and VP, Chief Procurement Officer with all administrative dutiesManage calendar and travel schedules and routinely plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, across multiple time zones, including meeting logistics and the resolution of schedule conflicts in a timely mannerBuild and leverage collaborative relationships with other Executive Assistants across the company in particular to organize critical meetingsPrepare, review and track expense reportsOrganize meetings and develop meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as neededPlan and organize special events, including team offsites (generally 1-2 events per year per executive)Coordinate special projects as neededCreate/modify travel itineraries as needed, including coordinating with our travel agencyMaintain confidentiality of highly sensitive informationManage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiativeSupport department-wide initiativesCreate PO/PR’s for all the teams as needed in COUPAPrint, scan documents needing wet signatures for all Executives in a timely mannerAdhoc requests and other duties as assigned based on the skills and capabilities of the individualQualifications5+ years experience supporting multiple executives preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, ExcelCoupa (procurement) and Concur (Travel) experience desiredKnowledge of or willingess to learn BoardAdvantage is criticalExperience with expense reporting and PO managementExperience with scheduling meetings, travel, events (virtual and in-person)Experience in negotiating with event location vendorsHighly organized, resourceful and proactiveCommunication and relationship- focusedFlexibility when needed on working hours (particularly over quarter ends)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree preferredExperience working in a culturally diverse and global company preferredNotary (or willingness to become one) preferredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $102,000 to $162,000Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
