Reporting to and partnering with the Lead for the transformational/critical initiative this role will serve as lead for one or more of the initiative’s workstreams, and will help frame issues, build options, and drive decisions.    ResponsibilitiesInitiative design: Based on the target business outcome desired, develop initiative scope and underlying work stream and identify clear owners and milestones and timelineExecution and monitoring: Lead cross-functional stakeholders in the implementation process and get feedback on what’s working vs. not and adapt as neededIssue framing and resolution: Understand issues facing the program, identify the root cause and articulate it in an actionable way, frame options to resolve it, and drive the decision on those options with the relevant stakeholdersDrive efficiency across workstreams to avoid duplicative/conflicting effortsAddress program and interpersonal conflict head-on and tactfullySeeks and takes council from senior leaders to analyze complex problems per feedback and develop recommended actionFacilitates diverse groups in process workshops and design sessions QualificationsBackground in digital (software) industry including a working understanding of product implementations, go-to-market and user experienceStrong technical understanding with demonstrated ability to participate in product development and API discussionsExperience managing complex, enterprise-wide transformational programs that touch on various areas of the business and deliver high impact/ROIAbility to think through & manage around potential upstream and downstream impact (including customer experience process and UI design)Understanding of the linkages between business, policies, processes, products, and behaviors/mindsets; identifies integration risks and cross functional dependencies proactively and quickly implements mitigation plansExperience and understanding of customers’ and employees’ view of the businessSkills and AttributesFocus on execution and results: establishing high standards for performance, setting goals and developing plans, following through and holding people accountable for resultsSelf-starter: comfortable with ambiguity and understands complex business problems and drives understanding, consensus, and resolution Opposite of conflict averse: candid, balancing empathy and kindness High EQ: budding influential change-leader who can actively listen, challenge the status quo while build followership and support by bringing people alongStrategic and operational mindsetResiliency in the face of challenge: Ability to lead teams through difficult situations and pressures The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:San Francisco, CA / Bay Area:  $120,000 to $216,000California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state:  $112,000 to $202,000Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
