In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute innovative campaigns and initiatives that attract and retain top talent. Your creative flair and strategic thinking will help us showcase our unique culture, values, and opportunities, making us an employer of choice.As a part of our Talent Marketing team, you'll be a critical partner to our global recruitment team, designing impactful candidate engagement campaigns that will help Equinix grow and thrive. You'll lead building and launching global recruitment campaigns, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end marketing funnel, social media strategy, and analytics. Plus, you'll bring your creative flair to the table, developing innovative content creation plans that will set us apart from the competition.Partnering closely with recruiters, business partners and other stakeholders, you'll be responsible for administering, supporting, and promoting adoption of programs that create a stellar applicant and hiring manager experience, shaping, and amplifying our talent brand. Designing and understanding best-in-class execution, as part of a global team.  Your experience building and managing multiple multi-channel marketing campaigns that build lead gen funnels will be key in meeting TA and business organization goalsIn this role, you will be a collaborative partner by working across TA leads, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, University and other TA COE functions to design and execute marketing campaigns, focusing on social media planning, content creation and strategy, and metrics tracking to make impactAs an expert storyteller, you'll lead content strategy and creation that creatively positions Equinix as an employer of choice and excites talent around the future of our businessYou will help provide authentic voice and presence in materials, campaigns, collateral and communications that we utilize in our global and regional talent attraction initiativesUtilization of excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiencesYou’ll work closely with marketing operations to implement CRM tools and processes to ensure leads are managed effectivelyAs a member of our small but mighty global recruitment marketing team, you'll build relationships with cross-functional teams and play an active role in leading change management for new initiatives that impact TA. Bring your sense of humor and let's design creative solutions together!Qualifications/What you’ll bring to the team10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Recruitment MarketingExperience managing a teamProgram management experience with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and change direction quickly according to fast-evolving business needs.
