You have exceptional communication and people skills.ResponsibilityProactively coaches managers in team effectiveness, workforce planning, and management development; Advise, coach, and guide people managers in fair employment HR practiceAssesses, diagnoses, and coaches managers and employees through employee relations and performance management issues; through process coaches and develops managers resulting in their improved understanding and ability to prevent and/or manage future issuesPartner with the Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, HRIS, and Global Mobility to execute and implement HR programs and initiativesUnderstand and provide advice on the local regulatory employment environment and country compliance requirements, ensure compliance with internal and external local regulatory requirementsDeliver rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions to guide decision-making, use people 'placemats' to engage with local managers on their people - reviewing people analytics & providing insightsQualifications6+ years relevant HR experienceYou have a wide range HR background – with experience dealing with complex situations, creative problem-solving and strong influencing skillsYou are comfortable with and have experience navigating employee performance management, coaching and counseling at both manager and employee levelExcellent verbal and written skillsNatural teammate and collaboratorUser level knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday experience a plusAbility to handle day-to-day HR operational matters and resolve people issues independentlyAbility to meet deadlines and handle shifting prioritiesPossess sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlinesBachelors degree in HR or related business field or equivalent experience.Professional certification in HR preferred (PHR, SPHR)Equinix is an equal opportunity employer.
