Senior Cloud Delivery Manager

The Calix Professional Services Team is seeking a dynamic and customer-minded Cloud Delivery Solutions Consultant to join the Calix Cloud Implementation Team. As a Senior Cloud Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for enabling the successful implementation and best practices of Calix Cloud Products to a broad set of customers.Responsibilities and Duties:Conduct the analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation guidance for onboarding Calix Cloud Products for Broadband Service Providers (BSPs).Translate business requirements into dependencies, orders of operation, and tasks to drive completion of customer projects.Coordinate with Cloud Delivery Engineers, Project Managers, BSPs and OSS/BSS Venders at all business levels to ensure timely and proper delivery of the BSPs implementation.Quickly identify key customer issues and coordinate consulting strategies to resolve them.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, Success, etc.) on a wide range of internal projects and product development and testing.Stay current with all relevant Calix product updates and industry changes.Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the Cloud Delivery Strategy and assist in initiatives for process improvement.Qualifications:Calix requires all employees based in North America who will work onsite at a Calix office, attend in-person meetings, and/or travel on behalf of Calix to be fully vaccinated. Calix will consider requests for reasonable accommodations as required under applicable law.5+ years of Telecom experience in relationship management, technical support, project management, professional services, implementation, and consulting experience with presales exposure.Experience integrating Cloud based applications and complex data using REST/JSON API methodologies.Working knowledge of microservices-based API/Endpoint architectures and orchestration.Knowledge of Calix product and platform features, capabilities, and best use; ability to apply wide variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.Technical knowledge/experience working with access and premises network systems.Knowledge of common database languages and management tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills, mid-level management presence and experience in facilitation.Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong ability to build and grow trusted advisor relationships.Excels at learning quickly and adapting to change.BA/BS (or equivalent) degree.Experience with BSS/OSS enterprise architectures, preferably Telecom or MSO, including demonstrated end-to-end solution architecture design and delivery.Experience with Salesforce, TaskRay, JIRA, Microsoft Teams.Limited travel to 2-4 in-person team meetings per year.Location: This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.#LI-Remote
