This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.We're looking for a Marketing Manager of Acquisition who can take the lead on finding and capturing new subscribers for our BSP’s. If you're a creative and strategic individual who's equal parts hunter and marketer, then you might be the one we're looking for.The Marketing Manager plays a meaningful role in leading the marketing strategy and crafting acquisition campaigns that engage subscribers across key channels. This position will synthesize product/service information from product marketing and across the organization to deliver comprehensive acquisition programs that drive subscriber adoption for our broadband service providers. The ideal candidate will be exposed to senior leaders within Revenue EDGE Product Marketing team. You want to be a part of this team because you understand how to use data and messaging to attract customers from diverse segments, demographics, and psychographics. You know how to position customer experience and value over price. You obsess the latest trends in mobile, social media and digital and are able to overlay subscriber needs to build acquisition campaigns that convert. You should also understand how to market along a subscriber journey.Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition plan that targets new customer segments and channels.Partner cross-functionally and with Customer Success to communicate Revenue EDGE product and Market Activation priorities.Analyze data and market trends to identify new opportunities for subscriber growth.Write and refine creative briefs to ensure platform-right, channel-right content is briefed and delivered by creative.Attend Creative Review to share concepts for your respective channelsLead, create, and execute subscriber acquisition plans for multiple managed service solution across an omni-channel marketing mix.Partner with Success Services team to ensure our campaigns are supported appropriately all the way through to conversionBe the voice of the subscriber, providing insights and recommendations to the rest of the organization.Qualifications:Calix requires all employees based in North America who will work onsite at a Calix office, attend in-person meetings, and/or travel on behalf of Calix to be fully vaccinated. Calix will consider requests for reasonable accommodations as required under applicable law.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of experience in acquisition marketing or a related field.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience with digital marketing and a strong understanding of performance metrics.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.A passion for customer acquisition and a track record of delivering results.Proven experience leading GTM marketing strategies and campaign creation.Proven experience working with creative teams on traditional, digital, and social platforms (examples of projects encouraged; campaign creation experience required).Comfortable in managing ever-changing platform landscape while providing clear POV’s and willingness to align / educate / compromise with stakeholders.Early adopter and problem solver for digital platforms (Comfortable trying new tools and adapting to process improvements).Location:Remote-based position located in the United States or Canada.#LI-Remote
