This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.The Senior Manager of Digital Transformation will lead the strategy and implementation of the Hyperautomation Center of Excellence. This individual will be responsible for driving automation initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business process automation opportunities, and manage a team of technical professionals to deliver high quality technology solutions. The role will be responsible for the successful execution of transformation projects that leverage Application Programming Interface (API), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.This is a technical role that requires expertise in digital transformation solution delivery. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. They will need to be hands-on, self-motivated, able to solve complex problems and continuously improve.Responsibilities and Duties:Partner with business leaders to prioritize and deliver digital transformation programs.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.Communicate progress and results to senior management and executive leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional team members.Facilitate working sessions with business and technical teams.Lead a team of digital technology specialists to deliver automation solutions.Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.Manage a global workforce of employees and supplier resources.Travel up to 10% for in-person collaboration and leadership events.Qualifications:Calix requires all employees based in North America who will work onsite at a Calix office, attend in-person meetings, and/or travel on behalf of Calix to be fully vaccinated. Calix will consider requests for reasonable accommodations as required under applicable law.10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions that improve business performance.5+ years of experience delivering solutions that leverage API, RPA, AI, and ML technologies.5+ years of experience managing a team of technology professionals.Strong working knowledge of digital technologies and their potential business impact.Strong working knowledge of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.Strong working knowledge of SDLC practices.Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.This role requires travel for business purposes.Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform and RPA).Experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP and SCM Cloud), Salesforce, Snowflake, and Workday.Experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence).Location: Remote-based position located in the United States or Canada.#LI-Remote
