This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.Calix is looking for a dynamic, curious, motivated, and self-starting Solutions Architect to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading exploration, development, validation, and deployment of processes.Responsibilities and Duties:Run brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.Define solutions for business process problems and work cross functionally to implement.Create project plans to deliver solutions and service enhancements to the business, including resources, schedule, and budget sizing.Manage projects, including internal and external resources, to deliver IT solutions according to the project plan.Provide training and education on implemented business processes and automations.Analyze business processes to be automated including:Model current (as-is) processes.Model future (to-be) processes.Quantify process metrics.Propose alternative solutions.Recommend automation solutions.SME for POC and user acceptance testingQualifications:Calix requires all employees based in North America who will work onsite at a Calix office, attend in-person meetings, and/or travel on behalf of Calix to be fully vaccinated. Renewals and Retention process. Account Management.Solid understanding of business applications especially one or more of the following areas: CRM, ERP, Finance and Accounting, HR-IS and PDM.Expertise in cloud platforms including: Salesforce: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud Oracle: ERP Cloud SCM Cloud Microsoft Office 365: Flow Power Apps Power BIExcellent project management skills and experience managing IT project delivery, including resource, schedule, and budget planning.Deep knowledge of PM methodology and tools, PMP certified a plus.Excellent IT process management skills and experience,ITIL v3 certification a plus.Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.Excellent business analysis abilities and experiences aligning business needs with IT capabilities.Strong aptitude to learn evolving technology to meet business needs.Able to simplify a complex story through visualization tools.Able to get to the root cause and resolve complex planning topics.Able to translate business requirements easily and effectively into system solutions, articulating business impacts.Location:Remote-based position located in the United States or Canada.#LI-Remote
