This remote position could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.The purpose of the Associate Transformation Program Manager position at Calix is to support the company's overall growth strategy by assisting with the management of larger program assignments and coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce better business outcomes. The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for developing planning deliverables, monitoring team progress, reporting any questions or concerns to the Program Manager, managing program-level assignments, and performing additional duties as assigned to contribute to the company's continued growth. Additionally, this position will provide research, analysis, and problem resolution, including creating and monitoring service requests with IT Support or other support groups and working closely with offshore teams to develop and test system extensions, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the company's transformation and play a critical role in driving ongoing improvements in processes and systems to ensure that Calix remains a leader in the industry. This position is for those with 2-3 years project management.Responsibilities and Duties:Will assist with managing larger program assignments by performing assigned tasks and managing the day-to-day activities of the cross-functional team.Develops planning of deliverables to include research, analysis, writing, document review, or task management.Closely monitors assignments and ensures successful and timely completion of project tasks and responsibilities.Monitors team progress and reports questions or concerns to the program manager.Manages program-level assignments.Performs additional duties as assigned required to contribute to our continued growth.Manage team-level projects and coordinate with other teams to produce better business outcomesMake recommendations for enhancing processes, tools, efficiency, and practices.Create meaningful workflow mapping and process tools to aid in understanding complex process handoffs and deliverables.Must be able to prepare presentations and comfortable reporting on project status.Communicates changes and provides training to impacted teams.Support assigned workgroups as necessary as a process and system SME to drive and enable ongoing improvements.Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution, including creating and monitoring service requests with IT Support or other support groups (like Oracle Support), and work closely with offshore teams to develop and test system extensions, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.Qualifications:Calix requires all employees based in North America who will work onsite at a Calix office, attend in-person meetings, and/or travel on behalf of Calix to be fully vaccinated.
