Job Description:We are looking for someone to join our Revenue Operations team to partner with Demand Generation leaders across Direct Sales, BDR, Marketing, and Channels to drive accuracy in data and reporting, operational rigor, and insights into our top of funnel activities.  This is a cross-functional role with a strong influence in setting and implementing the strategy and direction for our Demand Generation engine. This role is highly visible within the organization, and would be the single owner responsible for driving all Demand Generation operational rigor, as well providing insights for review weekly with the C-Suite and other key stakeholders.We are looking for a process and analytical oriented individual, well-versed in implementing operational excellence. You'll understand the opportunity ahead and the impact you can have on the culture, success, and growth of DataRobot for years to come. Single owner responsible for all insights, reporting, and process improvements across the Demand Generation ecosystem at DataRobot, driving actions across the business to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our DemGen organizations - a top C-Suite  initiative for the businessOwnership and delivery of executive leadership reporting and activity read out for all Demand Generation activities across Sales, BDR, Marketing, Channel & Alliances. Outputs could include decks, excel analyses, tableau dashboards, and Salesforce reports & dashboardsDevelop read out template, process, and cadence for weekly C-Suite Demand Generation reviewWork with cross-functional Operations teams to refine, solution, and translate into technical system requirements for all things Lead to Opportunity, partnering with Enterprise Apps to test and implement changes in the system, and ensure accurate data and reporting outputsDrive completeness and accuracy in all data touching the Demand Generation ecosystem, and coordinate  with other relevant data source stakeholdersPartner with Financial Planning & Analysis on alignment and tracking of Demand Generation activities and budget to drive ROI reporting and accuracyAct as primary business partner to Demand Generation leadership as a conduit to leading efficient pathing of prospects from lead to opportunity, and all related downstream processesOwnership of the end-to-end lead to opportunity process in Salesforce and other tools in the tech stack including identifying process gaps and areas of opportunity for streamlining and automation for Demand Generation processesFamiliarity with B2B demand gen programs within a SaaS environmentIs This You? 4-5 years of Revenue Operations, Business Analyst, or other related operational experience a mustStrong data analysis skills and ability to work with large data sets and draw insights, and articulate those insights out in a C-Level presentationAbility to work independently and drive stakeholder alignment and actions efficiently You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and teams, and have the ability to think and pivot quickly to drive solutionsAbility to think and act strategically, and communicate out findings to stakeholdersYou thrive in fast-paced environments, where initiatives are fluid and require constant prioritizationStrong understanding of Salesforce CRM data structure, reporting, and key functionalityTableau/Other BI tool experience a plusThe talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
