Job Description:Core responsibilities/Required Skills:We are looking for someone to join our Enterprise Applications team to partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Channels to drive efficiency and accuracy in data and reporting, operational rigor, and insights into our top of funnel activities. This is a cross-functional role with a strong influence in setting and implementing the technical solutions and direction for our Demand Generation engine. We are looking for a process and analytical oriented individual, well-versed in implementing operational excellence through Salesforce and related solutions. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of designing processes for inherently complex problems.This role will work collaboratively with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders within DataRobot to analyze and solve business challenges and implement new solutions and improve existing processes utilizing Salesforce and Business Intelligence platforms.Drive end-to-end lead to opportunity process solutions in Salesforce and other tools in the tech stack including identifying process gaps and areas of opportunity for streamlining and automation for Demand Generation processesFamiliarity with B2B demand gen programs within a SaaS environmentGather, develop, and analyze business requirements for solution design on the Salesforce.com platform. Responsible for documenting, reviewing and approval of Business Requirements Document and Functional Specification with Key Business Stakeholders.Gather and facilitate reporting requirements between Key Business Stakeholders and Business Intelligence team.Responsible for Business Process Analysis and Design. Provide Gap and Impact analysis, define user stories, develop test cases, and create and maintain functional design documentation.Collaborate with Salesforce Administration and Development Team to design and lead bi-weekly sprints to implement innovative Solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Platform.Support and train end-users, develop and maintain training documentation, monitor and enforce system and process adoption.Implement and maintain user standards and process documentation to support various business processes.Provide support for production and incident management, including ad hoc support requests.Facilitate analysis/triage, prioritization, and implementation of business requests and defects.Perform validation and facilitate user acceptance testing and sign off.Remain current with Salesforce releases and evaluate and recommend new features and functionality where feasible.Defining, reviewing and improving operational processes, procedures, and documentation associated with the operation of the technology stack and related reporting.Is This You?Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Salesforce.com hands-on Administration/Business Analysis Experience.Minimum 6 to 8 Years of experience in Business Analysis and Business Process implementation.Preferred - Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.Preferred - Experience in Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI tools.Ability to work independently and drive stakeholder alignment and actions efficiently You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and teams, and have the ability to think and pivot quickly to drive solutionsAbility to think and act strategically, and communicate out findings to stakeholders.You lead with a ‘keep it simple’ mentality to help promote nimble and easy to maintain solutions.You thrive in fast-paced environments, where initiatives are fluid and require constant prioritization.The talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
