Solution Architect WMS

Blue Yonder Title:Solution Architect – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Location: Flexible in-country (Mexico)OverviewThe Principal Solution Architect will work within the Consulting Services team at Blue Yonder to lead and manage the solution design and implementation of complex projects for clients. This individual will be responsible for ensuring project success by effectively communicating with clients, managing project timelines, and leading solution teams. They will be accountable for the overall technical design, implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions, and will work closely with the clients and the project teams to ensure that the solutions align with the client's business objectives and meet their technical requirements.Scope:Core responsibilities focus your efforts as a functional consultant for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solution implementations for customers across the Americas region.You will support the functional engagement across of key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.What you’ll do ( Responsibilities):Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and manage project timelines and budgetsLead solution teams and ensure project deliverables meet client expectationsIdentify and manage project risks and issuesAct as an internal consultant to other teams within Blue YonderDesign and implement end-to-end solutions based on client requirements and best practicesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersContinuously evaluate and improve solution processes and tools.Work closely with the clients and other project teams to ensure that the solutions align with the client's business objectives and meet their technical requirements.Collaborate with the project managers, delivery partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the client's satisfaction.Desired Experience: Total 6+ years of overall WMS implementation/Deployment experience preferably in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) Knowledge PreferableSupply Chain or Industrial Engineering degree strongly preferredPossess Techno-Functional knowledge in the Warehouse Management spaceTechnical Skills and Abilities:SQL, PL/SQL, MOCA, JAVA, Reporting, Page BuilderExperience of integration with ERP/Host systems, Voice Integration and WCS integrationDebugging & Trouble shooting knowledgeAbility to learn new solutions/ features and demonstrate to customer.Provide technical and solution leadership during Critical/Major issues.Must be well organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively with customer teams and cross functional teamsFlexible to work in shifts, on call and during weekends.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
