Sr. Project Manager - WMS

WMS Sr. Project Manager has entail responsibility for managing all aspects of delivery of transformation projects for Company’s customers.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of project delivery of supply chain transformation projects, typically medium to large scale for high profile customersGenerates Statements of Work and customer proposal documentsIdentifies resource requirements and works with resource controllers and appropriate Company organizations for fulfilmentManages services engagement budgets, including travel budgets, reviews billing for all services engagements, and invoicing while maximizing marginsManages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI while adhering to all Company standards and methodologiesLeads project team in resolution of customer project issues, escalates to appropriate parties as needed, liaises with appropriate Company or customer departments to resolve project issues and ensures that the project deliverables are within agreed budget, timeline, scope and qualityProvides regular project communication and status reportingCoordinates and facilitates system handover to Support / Cloud ServicesAdditional Responsibilities:Conducts performance reviews and provides guidance, feedback, coaching, mentoring and developmental experience to project teamAssesses project performance, documents and communicates lessons learnt to enhance organizational knowledgeBuilds collaborative relationship with customer that reinforces customer’s perception of the value Company brings to their business and expands business opportunitiesEstablishes strategic relationship with each customer that transcends the tactical implementation details, and ensures appropriate focus on longer term customer objectivesRequirements:5-7 years of experience in a Supply Chain: WMSKnowledgeable of WMS functionality and technologyProven experience working as a Project Manager or similar capacity.Demonstrated leadership experience in a software consulting, implementation or development projects.Knowledgeable of project management best practices.Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with C-Level ExecutivesSkilled at leading and coordinating across diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes.Ability to resolve complex problems with little to no guidanceCapable of facilitating (design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor, coach and train.Excellent communication, client relationship and analytical skills. Well organized and consistently meets commitments.Travel required 20 - 35%PMP certification is a PLUS.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
