Blue Yonder Title:VP, Demand Generation (Retail)Other Comparable Titles:Vice President, Retail MarketingVice President, Integrated MarketingVice President, Field MarketingLocation: Dallas, TX or Scottsdale, AZOverview  Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Vice President of Demand Generation to lead and oversee our global integrated demand generation initiatives focused on promoting our supply chain and commerce SaaS software. As the VP of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth in the retail industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of demand generation initiatives with business goals. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the global integrated demand generation strategy focused on marketing our supply chain and commerce SaaS software to retailers, including but not limited to, events, webinars, account-based marketing, direct mail, content marketing, and social media.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail industry influencers, including analysts, media, and associations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of field marketing initiatives with business goals.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies to achieve a significant return on investment (ROI) and meet sales booking goals; establish a consistent reporting cadence to communicate results and provide suggestions for improvement.Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop go-to-market strategies and drive competitive differentiation in the retail market segment.Drive operational excellence across demand generation initiatives, including the development and management of budgets, metrics, and performance indicators.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or at least 10+ years of experience in software marketing, marketing to retailers, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.Proven track record of success in developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive growth in engagement, demand, and revenue in the retail industry.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the retail industry, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, stakeholders, and partners.Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs.Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Triblio, DemandBase, Drift, Sendoso, Salesloft, etc.If you are passionate about driving demand and revenue growth in the retail market segment through the development and execution of global field marketing strategies, and have a proven track record of success in marketing to retailers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.#LI-Remote-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $187,200 - $243,000.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
