Senior Business Consultant WMS

Role Summary: Implementing, configuring, and tuning WMS system to given functional specification Leading the discussion of customer requirements and create documentation for it Troubleshooting issues escalated by customer or project team Writing and executing test procedures to ensure solution, meets with agreed acceptance criteria Creation and modification of procedural and system documentation throughout the project Working on various types of projects in a multi-cultural organization Facing the top customers' standards from various sectors: Retail, Manufacturing, 3PL, Logistics Operator Skills and experience required:  Work experience  Proven, 3+years WMS implementation experience Understanding of systems surrounding WMS (ERP, TMS, Order planning etc.) and integration methods Knowledge of logistics processes and terminology Working directly with external customers Experience on working with warehouse automation systems and SaaS / Cloud environment is a plus  Other skills Strong troubleshooting skills (application and technical) Strong self-organization and independence in action (working remotely or onsite with customer)  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  SQL, relational DB systems Windows/Unix basics  Excellent English language skills both verbal and written (one more foreign language is a strong plus)Willingness to travelOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
