Education Architect – Category ManagementAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the entire Blue Yonder Category Management (CatMan) Suite of Solutions. (Space Planning, Floor Planning, CKB Data Manager, Open Access, Assortment Optimisation, Planogram Generator, Floorplan Generator)ResponsibilitiesCommit to become a Certified Instructor for the Category Management Solutions, and across other Blue Yonder Solution Suites.Seek out and engage in opportunities to learn new products and deliver new content.Work with the Education Team to ensure on time and efficient delivery of Educational and Training offerings.Conduct necessary Customer Discover and Pre-Work to ensure Customer expectations are met.Prepare and Deliver, Public and Private Training Courses for the Blue Yonder Category Management Solutions, to our Customers, Partners, and Internal Associates, across Blue Yonder Training Locations, Customer Sites or Virtual / Remote Classroom.Provide Training on Industry “Best Practices” and “Process Methodology”.Provide Industry and Solution expertise for Customer Education and Training projects and assist in the design and delivery strategies for custom-built Education material.Provide and execute consultative Training to address and resolve customer issues.Use appropriate presentation styles, and effectively communicate information using all tools and media available. (E-learning, animations, software simulations, Video, etc.)Present complex ideas or processes in a way that makes it easy for the user to understand and foster a relationship as a trusted advisor.Solicit feedback from training session participants and adjust delivery accordingly.Manage and review Training Evaluation Surveys, Response Rate, NPS (Net Promoter Score) and OSAT (Overall Satisfaction).Work with appropriate team members within the Education Services Global Content Team and other Blue Yonder business groups) in support of content and virtual environment development, as needed.Communicate with appropriate Education Services team members on specific content issues.Identify additional Training opportunities, providing them to Training Manager or Advisor to pursue.Escalate issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impact to the appropriate Education Services team member.Understand Adult Learning Theories and employ techniques that provide a positive learning experience for the adult learner.Identify additional training, tools, or software to improve productivityComplete required processes (Marking Attendance, Rosters) as needed for revenue recognition.Direct customer requests for information, customer billing queries and customer feedback to the appropriate Blue Yonder business groups.Keep individual expenses within budget and most cost-effective to the customer.Responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals.Always conduct oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder customers and internal associates.Responsible for managing communications and taking initiative to stay informed on announcements, policy changes, and deadlines.Work with the regional EDU advisors during the sales cycle, advising on the best training approach for customersQualifications / SkillsAssociate’s Degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.3-5 years Training delivery experience or equivalent related experience.Experience in creating and delivering standard training courseware.Basic knowledge of eLearning and content development tools.Intermediate to expert level experience with Category Management solutions or similar industry solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong time management and organisational skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.Good problem-solving skills.Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
