Works with appropriate team members within the Education Services Global Content Team and other Blue Yonder business groups as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in support of content and virtual environment development, as needed.Conducts necessary customer discovery and pre-work to ensure customer expectations are met.Leads training either at a client site, via Virtual Classroom environments, or a Blue Yonder branch office location.Facilitates training sessions for Blue Yonder SCPO (Supply Chain Planning & Optimization) products, primarily Demand.Commits to become a Certified Instructor for solutions within assigned solution suite or across solution suites.Presents complex ideas or processes in a way that makes it easy for the user to understand and fosters a relationship as a trusted advisor.Provides and executes consultative training sessions to address and resolve customer issues.Provides industry and solution expertise for customer education projects and assists in the design and delivery strategies for custom-built education.Provides training on industry best practices and process methodology.Uses appropriate presentation style and effectively communicates information using all tools and media available (E-learning, animations, software simulations, digital video, etc.)Communicates with appropriate Education Services team members on specific content issues.Escalates issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impact to the appropriate Education Services team member.Completes required processes (Marking Attendance, Rosters) as needed for revenue recognition.Keeps individual expenses within budget and most cost-effective to the customer.Solicits feedback from training session participants through course evaluations and adjusts delivery accordingly.Responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals.Identifies additional training opportunities, providing them to Training Manager or Education Advisor to pursue.Always conducts oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder customers and internal associates.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
