PositionCash Applications SpecialistLocation:Monterrey N.LOverview Blue Yonder is currently seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join the finance team.This position will be located in Monterey, NL.What You’ll DoCash Application Specialist responsibilities include payment applications. Utilize remittance advice to post payments by invoice(s), resolving any errors after posting payments, process write off requests and reconciling all posted cash.Performs reviews of AR reports and identifies posting issues, root cause analysis and develops action plans.Investigates and resolves unapplied cashCoordinate with Collections Dept. in resolving any customer invoice/payment issue.Write and update AR-Cash Application procedures.Provide feedback to management concerning potential problems and identify opportunities for improvement.Performs other duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForMust possess excellent detail orientation and accuracy to process payments, balance daily cash receipts.Strong organizational skills to process high volume cash application on a timely basis.Ability to research problems and recommend solutions.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work with a high degree of autonomyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to function as part of a team.Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and efficiently works under pressure within time essential constraints.Microsoft Office skillsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
