We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance to partner with the business on strategy and execution to enable and accelerate long-term growth for Webflow, bring understanding and predictability to Webflow’s business metrics and financials, and provide insights and analytics to inform strategic decision making. Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $162,000 - $222,000 for most US locations and $179,000 - $247,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Build and own detailed models for strategic and financial analyses to evaluate key GTM and Product decisions, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
Establish and manage critical business frameworks and models to measure and improve GTM efficiency
Identify actionable insights to strategic growth levers, and uncover and size key opportunities to drive business impact and prioritize resources through rigorous, fact-based, and quantitative analysis (i.e. ROI analysis, scenario planning) and external market research
Perform in-depth analysis to deeply understand drivers in our business to identify insights and opportunities and inform key decisions to accelerate business growth
Lead strategic and financial planning and target-setting, to inform prioritization and alignment across the organization to enable and accelerate long term growth and sustainability
Establish and monitor key metrics in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Business Operations, and Leadership to measure business performance, proactively highlight risks, improve forecasts and opportunities, and design and implement actionable recommendations
Provide regular forecasts and reporting in a clear, concise, and impactful way to our internal and external stakeholders to ensure key drivers, variances, issues, and required actions are deeply understood
Identify and implement systems and initiatives to optimize processes, drive automation, and streamline deliverables to effectively scale operations with business growth.
Develop SQL queries and utilize Dashboards to synthesize insights, identify drivers, and test key hypotheses. Partner closely with Business Analytics and Data team to define business requirements for Data and BI dashboards for scalable and timely business insights and reporting
Create high quality documentation and presentation of key analysis and communicate insights and recommendations with leadership and cross-functional partners

About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Have progressive finance or analytics experience in fast-paced high-growth Technology businesses, preferably at an Enterprise Software or SaaS focused business
Strong understanding and experience of B2B SaaS metrics and motions, including GTM efficiency, Sales forecasting, Sales capacity, Marketing measurement, etc
Are well-versed in data-driven decision making, complex financial modeling, ROI and scenario analysis, competitive assessments with the ability to distill complex business information in a consumable way
Have sufficient experience implementing corporate-wide processes, managing cross-functional communications, driving automation to optimize operations for scalability and efficiency
Have experience manipulating large datasets or willingness to learn SQL and data visualization tools (eg. Tableau)
Have a collaborative working style and demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with positivity and solution orientation
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with competing deadlines, and re-prioritize demands as events change.
Are a strategic thinker, self-starter, excellent communicator with strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, diligence, and a learning and growth mindset
