Job Overview:
The Revenue Operations team at Coursera is accountable for the overall growth of Coursera’s business across Consumer, Enterprise and Degrees. The team partners with Global Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product and Marketing to deliver, scale and grow revenue. As the Sr. Director Revenue Operations you will be responsible for delivering our business results across all segments. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity and solving problems with limited oversight. We are looking for someone who will drive a scalable global revenue operations framework to ensure we are meeting the needs of the organization by way of building strategic frameworks, closely partnering with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions. You will build and execute best in class core operational processes and find leverage across our 3 segments. You will also take up broad spectrum strategic projects which shape Coursera’s future, which range from go to market expansion, strategic investments, advancing sales productivity. Your team will also drive in-depth quantitative analysis of key performance metrics within regions and key segments with a focus on providing insights to executive business partners in alignment with Coursera’s quarterly and annual goals. Design and deploy yearly, quarterly and monthly sales, customer success and marketing cadences that align with central planning team and overall company cadences.

You are a self-starter, inspiring, independent thinking, deeply analytical and detail-oriented leader, who helps your team to work in a structured manner and thrive in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and optimize operational excellence across all three segments of the business. Instilling best practices across.
Manage and support Global forecasting, pipeline analysis, annual planning, and revenue operating cadence
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to solve problems, implement new reporting and planning solutions, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards
Lead a global organization, setting out a clear vision, mission and strategy whilst raising the bar on developing leaders to lead exceptionally. Be a strong leader, and draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively manage the Global revenue cadence
Lead core Sales Ops - Comp plan design, Quota, Territory, end to end funnel management
Drive data driven insights to proactively identify growth opportunities as well as challenges
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in similar file
5+ years of experience directly leading a Sales/Rev Ops organization
Prior experience in people management
Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
Experience developing and implementing metrics to effectively measure and monitor sales performance and productivity improvements. Inclusive of strong problem solving and collaboration skills, a motivated self-starter that is proactive and action-oriented
Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with management consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort working in ambiguity
Project management mindset on task execution
MBA/MS or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, mathematics, business or related field of study

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $139,000 and $303,000 . The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
