NVIDIA is looking for an experienced and creative manager to join the system product engineering group responsible to design stable, efficient, smoothly running production tests, while ensuring the quality of the products being shipped to customers. You should have proven management experience, a leading team of engineers and the ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team is required with a wide community. Strong interpersonal skills and a real passion for working as a team are critical. If this sounds like a fun challenge, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:Lead network and DPU adapters production test from DFT, to test design, test development, and integration until product maturity in the production line .Lead 4 team leaders for tests solution, innovations and framework to reduce test time and improve quality.Be part of the system product engineering test staff : lead discussions, provide feedbacks, drive for qualify and make a difference.Work in a Continuous Deployment environment – fast development/deployment cycles.Work with multiple SW and HW design team to develop stable production testsWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.6+ years of managerial experience.Overall 8+ overall years of professional experienceExperienced in C++ and Python programming.Fast and self learner with outstanding technical skills.Knowledge of HW testing and production flow.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Hands-on knowledge of Linux programming.Managed team leadersKnowledge with CI/CD & DevOpsNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
