Senior Test Development Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Senior Test Engineer for a “Product development specialist” position. NVIDIA Networking unit has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. We need a creative individual who will help transfer Network Silicon ICs products (Switch, NIC, SmartNic) from design engineering to mass production.You will be exposed to various aspects of design, DFT and test of NVIDIA network IC products, and will be responsible for definition of testing needs and capabilities for wafer level & final test of Network-ICs. Your responsibilities will include working with Design, DFT, Architecture & Firmware teams to gather test requirements and products’ features for the future network products, define testing plan, fusing requirements and testers HW needs and communicate the requirements for silicon modifications to improve testing needs and cost. In addition, you will approve the testing & fusing implementations to assure they match the definition. If you are passionate about enabling of the highest quality Network products that will change the world, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:IC Test definition & validationCollaborate with different teams (Design, DFT, Architecture, Marketing, System, Firmware, Quality, Reliability)Ensure scalable testing & manufacturing for high-speed interfaces and all testable Si blocks and functional featuresDesigning and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield)Drive yield improvement, and fix the failure paretoProvide DFT recommendations to the design teamsBuild expertise on production testing of network productsWhat we need to see:B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer ScienceA minimum of 7+ years’ experience with IC test development or DFTGood communication skills with diverse teams and functional groupsMulti-tasking capabilitiesHigh self-learning skillsHigh execution quality standardsWays to stand out in the crowd:Experience with UltraFlex or/and other IC testers is an advantage
