We are now looking for a Community & PR Manager based in NVIDIA’s Dubai Office. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the voice of NVIDIA into the GeForce gaming and creator communities across the MENA region. You will own our various community programs including but not limited to forums, social media and content producers and influencer partnerships. Working closely with NVIDIA’s Corporate Marketing, Product, Publisher, retailer, AIC/OEM and Sales teams you will help to create and deploy content for our gaming and creator audiences residing in various communities.What you’ll be doing:Be the Voice of NVIDIA to the players; the voice of the gamer and creator within the organization using detailed community feedback and researchBe the primary point of contact for key gaming partners including influencers, editors and gaming community actors and provide briefs, training and content guidance where needed.Design and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategyCommunicate & collaborate with the internal cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing) to grow the size of the gaming and creator market, coordinating and executing community promotions with partners.Identify community leaders and empower them to more actively contribute to the greater community among streamers, editors and media sources in the video gaming, creative, and mainstream premium PC lifestyle categoriesBuild and manage relationships with local Community/PR organizations of channel and AIC/OEM partners accounts and other partners within the gaming and creator ecosystem continually and evaluate new opportunities.Work with channel, AIC/OEM Community/PR/Marketing team actively and provide support and guidance on their community/PR strategies, plans and contentsDistribute materials for product releases and work with product, marketing and PR management resources for all product reviews and brand features.Manage product launch process with in-house PR, sales, marketing, retailers and manufacturersCreate engaging content to establish conversations with gamers and creatorsManage Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, forums and other social channels to create an effective engagement platformMonitor and report on execution of activities and gamer reception.Monitor editorial calendars to secure NVIDIA related offerings, technologies, and brand/product featuresManage content of press/awards section on regionally specific NVIDIA web site.Own and support marketing activations at physical and virtual gaming eventsWhat we need to see:Native Arabic speaking candidatesOutstanding written and oral communication skills in Arabic & EnglishA degree from a leading university ideally in a business or marketing disciplineSignificant experience in high-tech consumer marketing with a proven history of successPassion for all things gaming and cutting edge technologiesStrong consumer marketing competency with demonstrable experience (strategy, research, communications)First-hand experience participating in communities (professionally or as highly engaged consumer)Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to effectively interface with management, influencers, pressDirect experience in designing and growing communities within the gaming industryTechnical knowledge of consumer digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch etc) and their trendsStrong customer service ethic and demonstrable initiativeCapable of working in a rapidly changing environment without losing focusWays to stand out from the crowd: Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, strong time management and task prioritization skills.Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision while surpassing required goals.Experience with crisis management with good problem solving skills.NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades.
