You'll join a small team working around the globe to build and deploy some of the most cutting-edge Ethernet data centers in the world! This role will focus on automation and logical configuration of network devices and customer networks. We work with customers of all sizes from small networks up to the world's largest and most sophisticated data centers and supercomputers. Network Solutions Architects deliver the technologies, solutions and services customers need to efficiently implement and run their networks. In this role, they are "The face of NVIDIA to the customer," working in fast-paced, high-impact environments as meaningful contributors delivering on our commitments.What you'll be doing:Engage with clients to analyze network requirementsDesign next-gen data center network architecturesSimulate network architectures in virtual and physical test beds for proof of concept and validation testingDesign and implement fully automated network provisioning using ‘off the shelf’ tools like Zero Touch Provisioning, Ansible, Salt or pure PythonProvide ad hoc systems/product training and knowledge transferCrafting handover-related documentation as needed to support external and internal partnersBuild reusable intellectual capital and processes for deliveryProvide remote or on-site deployment support as neededWhat we need to see:5+ years of experience in one or more areas: IP Routing, Internetworking, LAN Switching, Linux, DevOps (Ansible, Salt, etc), OpenStack, VMware ESXi, VXLAN, Data Center DesignProven customer facing expertiseDriven focus on customer needs and satisfactionStrong scripting experience with Python, BashSelf motivated with excellent leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of industry standard management and monitoring tools (SNMP, syslog, telegraf, etc)Must have good network design skills with solid understanding of networking fundamentalsExperience in solving problems in large-scale network environments (BGP,OSPF)Must have excellent written, verbal communication and listening skillsBS or University degree (or equivalent experience) plus demonstrated ability in network engineering or operations rolesWays to stand out from a crowd:Experience with Open Network products such as Mellanox switches or Cumulus Linux network operating systemCI/CD experience pertaining to network environmentsExperienced user of git/gitlab/jenkinsContributions to networking related projectsProfessional Services delivery experienceLinux and Networking Certifications such as CCIE/RHCECS or equivalent degreeNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
