Professional Services Operations Project Manager

NVIDIA is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join its Professional Services Operations team and take part in some of the world-changing AI projects! This position requires a keen planner and learner with proven abilities in improving efficiency levels and the ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines. You will be exposed to world-changing technologies and platforms.What you’ll be doing:Leading all aspects of projects from the lead nursing phase through pre-order operations to execution completion, ensuring they are accurately planned, delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all collaboratorsRouting qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsWorking with business and technology subject matter authorities to assess requirements, define scope, build estimates, and produce project chartersDelivering successful customer outcomes through sophisticated projects to customers in various landscapesWhat we need to see: 5+ years of project management experience3+ years of working in a high tech company in a similar positionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar (or equivalent experience)Vendor relationship management experienceInside sales experienceProficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Google Forms & Gantt chartScheduling & task managementWritten & verbal communication skillsCapacity to handle intense situationsStrong team-playing abilities and interpersonal skills working with internal and external team membersWays to stand out from the crowdAI knowledge to understand the business requirements/functionalityAbility to ramp up on new technologies quicklyProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification or relevant professional certifications a plusWith highly competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an excellent engineering work culture NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology industry's most desirable employers!
