AI workloads require purpose-built infrastructure, AI factory, comprised of three pillars: the GPU for accelerated computing, the CPU for general-purpose computing, and the DPU (Data Processing Unit).We are looking for a Senior Customer Project Management professional who will be responsible to drive the planning and execution of sophisticated, multidisciplinary customer focused solutions including technical & operational program execution with our major enterprise and Cloud Service Provider customers.What You'll Be Doing:Execute the program plan you craft by scoping the project, identifying and assembling the core team, formally kicking off the project both internally and with customers, developing a joint project timeline, leading engineering design reviews, driving resolution of any blocking issues, and ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment.Lead cross-functional distributed team of software & hardware engineering, manufacturing operations, product quality, product management, and/or account executives to resolve technical or operational blockers, to keep the programs on-track. Regularly report the program status and key issues to customer and executive management.Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements.Develop a close working relationship with customer development teams and use creativity to find solutions to their issues.What We Need To See:B.Sc./M.Sc. or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science.5+ Years' of experience as an exceptional individual with a mixture of technical, project management and interpersonal skills.Proven deep customer and technical savvy born of executing complex programs deploying servers in large Cloud Service Providers and/or on-prem Enterprise datacentersCustomer-facing and strategic account management.Experience in a global working environment, global companies and customers.Ways to stand out from the crowd:MBA - an advantage.Strong experience on customer facing programs for large Data centers development with ambitious timelines and/or constrained resources.Comfortable defining and implementing complex program with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and results.
