Your leadership will be essential to drive Razer’s journey to become fundamentally a direct-to-consumer brand. Together with other members of the senior leadership team, you will execute the corporate strategic plan, focusing on driving business growth across customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales & Marketing, this role is a combination of strategic thinking, global team management and hands-on planning and execution to ensure you hit the critical success measurements: revenue achieved, gross profit margin, and delighted customers. Passion for direct to consumer, customer experience attention to detail, strong leadership drive to achieve your objectives and premium brand instincts a re the keys to success.Assume the full commercial P&L responsibilities for Razer.comLead, manage and develop the Razer.com team responsible for all aspects of digital commerce, including merchandising, digital marketing, CRM, sales operations, web platform operations, site UX/UI, customer service, and analyticsDrive traffic and deliver superior consumer shopping experience, optimizing Razer.com’s branding, design, navigation, assortment, site content, traffic generation and demand generationPartner with Global Marketing to ensure consistency along all aspects of the brand’s digital channels and official websitesManage the e-Commerce business operations including but not limited to inventory and warehouse, logistics and distribution, sales forecasting management and P&L management etcBuild existing customer growth strategies by utilizing industry knowledge, vertical insights and used casesProvide detailed product feedback to internal business leaders to continually improve our product offeringsMaintain a strong organizations and team culture that is consistent with Razer values and best practiceBe a customer and Razer brand advocate. Our commitment and vision as a company is that our customers come first, and being a sales leader who can role model that commitment is criticalPre-Requisites :Minimum 10 years General Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in an online store or internet-related businessExperience in retail or consumer goodsHigh-level strategic thinker who has a solid understanding of business strategy as well as experience integrating Marketing/Merchandising objectives into overall strategyExperience managing complex technical marketing, database and site-functionality-related initiativesStrong budget management skills with the ability to create superior results at efficient costsStrong project management skillsAbility to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertiseBachelor’s Degree; MBA a plusAre you game?
