Reporting to the SVP/GM, Hardware BU, you will manage a team of product evangelists responsible for launches, public relation campaigns, manage product lifecycles, channel strategy, brief product reviewers and channel management. This position requires a leader who is a self-directed, adaptable individual with very strong communication skills, who can work under pressure, along with proven experience in setting goals, budgets, and timelines for product initiatives.Sales and Marketing responsibility including management of revenue targets & P&LManage product roadmaps, product lifecycle, pricing and launch process to ensure that we increase our leadership and market share position.Lead our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities.Manage a Product Evangelist (PE) Team in generation and exploitation of ideas to launch the product to market and run sustain activities throughout the product life cycle. Manage the PE Team in the development and implementation of marketing plans, ensuring achievement of company and brand objectives. Partner with Product Development team for new product development, launch and analysis.Seamless partnership with the entire value chain from project management, operations and supply chain, finance, legal, global marketing & regional sales.   Be responsible for developing and implementing activities such as Digital/Social & Community amplifications, promotions, product launches.Build opportunities funnel with regional sales. Pre-Requisites :15+ years progressive experience in product marketing and sales. Preferably with experience in consumer electronics or gaming peripherals.  Experience managing a team of product marketing managers.   Exceptional organization, communication and management skills. Experience of managing a diverse set of stakeholders. Knowledge of game industry trends desirable.Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team/department performance. Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to a uniquely creative environment.  Salary Ranges :$149,234.00 - $273,553.00Are you game?
